MEAL Volunteer / Amman

Overall purpose of the role:
DRC is looking for MEAL volunteer who will conduct data collection activities (in person/over the phone) for a number of questionnaires and surveys across different projects.
About the job
The individual will report directly to the MEAL Manager. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Conduct data collection activities (in person/over the phone) for the MEAL activities as specified by the supervisor.
- Check completed work for accuracy and consistency, and ensure data quality of the data collected.
- Ensure and comply with data protection practices and the confidentiality of all information.
- Provide regular updates to the MEAL specialist based on the data collection plan.
About you
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (e.g. International Relations, Development Studies, social sciences) or a combination of a business related university degree and additional relevant experience.
- Well knowledge of MS utilities (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in conducting data collection and remote interviews.
- High communication skills.
- Commitment to deadlines.
- Fresh graduate are highly recommended to apply.
- Arabic (fluent)
- English (good)
